Ctfd Requirement.txt setup error

Hello,

After using the “pip install -r requirements.txt” command I get the following error. I will be glad if your help

I’m guessing you’re using Python 2? CTFd only supports Python 3 since Python 2 is EOL.

I have a hard Python 3.10.2
but still some libraries are not installed during installation, too
